80 degrees

Yes, today was like summer. That one magical day in March when you just so happen to not have prior commitments, school, or work and you're able to spend the day together outside in the most unusually beautiful weather. Well, that day was today. It was 80 degrees and the most glorious treat for my skin. We donned our swimming suits and went to Castle Island Beach in South Boston (Southie as the natives so lovingly call it.. so I do too now). It was so great. People watching, dogs, the ocean. THE OCEAN!!! I've never in my life lived even NEAR the ocean. I always knew I would love it and yes, my suspicions were confirmed today when I did indeed love driving 20 minutes and hitting the coast. THE COAST! I know.. it's exciting because I'm from a very land-locked state. 
Anyways, we brought carrot sticks and crackers and granola bars and vegged out on our one gigantic beach towel and soaked in the UVs. It was seriously awesome. I can't wait to do it all. summer. long.


the BEST rock skipper EVER!! probably at least 20 skips on each rock.
come visit us and we'll be sure to take you to the beach too :)

You know, it's like summer in Vegas and you have SISTERS HERE!!! Would love to have the trio together again. P.S. Love you schooty! and I love the suit too. You too belle!!!

Oh you know Kyle and I go to Plum Island at least once a week in the summer! And you guys better be coming for every trip! We even have a boogie board, we are pretty serious about it.

I feel so happy when I see that picture of you and scott in your shades and skimpies. It reminds me of the good OLE days at .... UMM... just forgot the name of the big lake we used to always go to in rigby. OH, RIGBY LAKE. duh. let's goooo!!
