when we got to palmyra, the only campground we could find was the KOA. which.. if you have a family/kids, i would recommend highly. it was SO FUN!! they had this big bouncy trampoline thing and a whole obstacle course, paddle &row boats (that you had to rent so we obviously didn't do that). it was so much fun!!!

that day, we went to some church history sites including: the palmyra temple, the sacred grove &hill cumorah. it was so wonderful. it was an awesome trip being able to see &appreciate more (now that we're older) what the early saints went through. it's truly amazing.

when we got to boston, we had no place to stay but fortunately, marnie (scott's sister) has a friend out here that we stayed with. we definitely overstayed our welcome, staying there 5 nights!! but they were soooo gracious and sweet & accommodating. we're so grateful to them. we finally found a place &moved in just in time to dodge the hurricane &awful roads. we moved in on august 27 and didn't get our stuff till september 2. it was a long week of more pb &honeys and nothing to wear. but, we managed and are at this very moment unpacking. here's some pics from our time here so far:
