1. it was my mom's birthday on thursday. i just wanted to tell everyone that i literally have the most sweet, thoughtful, caring, beautiful, funny, talented mother a girl could ask for. literally. she is my best friend and always has been. she does so much for me &scott and i don't know what i would do without her. she is the best. ever. happy birthday mom! you don't look a day over 28 (seriously though).

2. we had THE BEST dinner the other night. scott volunteered to cook and i am SO GLAD he did! it was in at LEAST the top 5 meals i've ever eaten. delicious fajitas that we devoured. mmm.

3. our walk around hammond pond. gorgeous in every sense of the word (minus the five mosquito bites i got on my legs)

4. our walk around the charles river today. the weather's been so beautiful and we want to take full advantage before it gets cold!
boston is good so far. we like it. i've been coming up with a mental list of things i do and don't like about life here so once it gets big enough, i'll be telling you. till then! love you!

What's not to love?!! Maybe just being far away from family. I cannot believe there is anything else. Can't wait to see that post. Should be studying right now (my book is open right next to me) but it's one of those bbbllleeeuuccckk days.
Scott should give McKay cooking lessons, when he "made" dinner the other night we had breakfast burritos. I cooked the eggs and meat, he set the table & heated the tortillas. Aaaahhhh love him:)
