I don't know how I haven't blogged about our garden yet! Behold the goodness:
We have 6 zucchini plants (our sweet neighbors gave us 4 of them!), 5 tomato plants (our same neighbor gave us 2)- roma, goliath, and 3 cherry tomato plants, 3 cucumber plants, 1 pepper plant, 1 jalapeno plant (another neighbor gave us this one!), a cantaloupe plant, lots of basil, lettuce and spinach. We already have one baby roma tomato, a goliath tomato &a zucchini too! We're so excited/in love.
We have 3 chairs (one more to find!) and decided to paint them all! We sanded them and painted them a peachy pink color. I love them.

Yesterday we had something to celebrate (announcement to come.. and just fyi it's not a baby) so we went downtown to celebrate!
we took the T there - it broke down 1/4 the way there and took twice as long (an hour!)

we decided to go to CHEERS in Quincy Square which.. I mean we were going to go sometime we lived here, but if we're being honest it was definitely a let down. The price and food didn't match up--we won't be back.

we then went to quincy market and got cookies! so yummy.
and then went to the most quaint little park we found. it's my new favorite place here.

Girlfriend! You should have gone to the original cheers next to the public garden! Wayyyy better. And I'm dying to here the news!
oooh I hope the news is what I think it is! (I don't think it's a baby) ;) And not to rain on anyone's parade but I've hear none of the Cheers are worth it. However I have never been (for that reason) so don't listen to me ;)

Good news!??! Yay! Why can it not be a baby? I'm still pulling for that one! What a beautiful garden you guys have. It's completely & utterly lovely. Can't wait to dine from your splendor when we come, which we will. LOVE YOU
