this is us at 'nerd night' a tradition my sister chelsea and her family do for a back to school dinner. while we were in vegas a month or so ago we got to attend it and I couldn't help myself from sharing this delectable photo!
on wednesdays i'm not done with class till 815 pm (i don't know what i was thinking when i made my schedule...) so last wed. I came home to find the table like this:
with deliciously roasted chicken and a green salad. do i have the sweetest husband ever?! i think/know yes.
this last weekend we were in logan for my good friend nicki tyler craven now dunn's wedding. it was so much fun to be a part of her special day! she was THE most beautiful bride (no surprise) and we are just SO excited for them to start their new life together!

we came home last friday after the reception and had jake and julie come stay with us saturday afternoon for the weekend. it was so much fun! we went to the dunes on sunday evening and did s'mores with a fireside/testimony meeting. it was a perfect evening.
